Full time Level 1 Property Management Office Assistant, Monday – Friday, 8AM — 5PM

We are looking for someone upbeat and positive to join our property management team. Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Law will be a definite advantage but is not required. In a fast paced office we need someone with the ability to be effective independently as well as in a team. Multitasking and excellent customer service skills are par for the course.

Principal Duties:

  • Greet clients that come into the office
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments, post rental property ads to various websites
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, particularly over the phone
  • Responds to telephone and email inquiries in a polite and professional manner
  • Communicates respectfully with people of all cultures, languages, ages, genders, gender preferences, ethnicities, physical abilities, ethnic backgrounds, and religions
  • Maintains a professional appearance and disposition
  • Regular attendance and punctuality is essential to our business and to this position
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to: mailing scanning, faxing, photocopying, and filing
  • Update and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Perform data entry and assist in preparing daily/weekly reports and other tasks utilizing our management software
  • Positive attitude, adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks as needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual/Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement


  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent customer service skills over the phone and in person
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Ability to simultaneously work in multiple projects while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

Required education:

– High school or equivalent
